Individual Hospitality Sites
Sites near the Main Arena are available for any individual or
company to set up their own marquee or unit, which may be used for
full meals, snacks, drinks or any combination desired.
All arrangements (e.g. tentage, furniture, catering, private
toilets etc.) will be the responsibility of the company concerned
and / or its agent.
Hospitality car passes and personal admission tickets,
programmes, grandstand seats for the show jumping. Closed Circuit
TV may be purchased in advance from the Horse Trials Office.
The Site rental will include admission to the event for staff
organising the hospitality on a ratio according to the size of the
site.
The site rental includes the provision of water and of
electricity (wiring, power points etc. must be ordered separately
from our Official Electrical Contractor).
Booked sites may be used on any or all of the 4 days of the
event.
Site Rental: £17.50 per square metre (incl.
VAT).
Lakeside Chalets
6m x 6m Marquees will be set up alongside The Lake. These
are especially suitable for companies or private groups
wishing to bring or purchase picnics.
One car only will be permitted to access the Chalet area.
Each Chalet will be furnished with 2 trestle tables and 12
chairs. More furniture may be hired. The Chalets will
have matting floor but will be unlined. While particularly
suitable for the Saturday, the Chalet once booked may be used on
any other day. Our caterers, Relish, can provide excellent
picnics if desired. Tel: 01285 658444 (Mon - Fri - 10am -

Price per Chalet for
Saturday (but can also be occupied on the other days at no
extra cost): £800 plus VAT payable in full by 31st March
2009.
