Camping Site
Box Office will open for all bookings on 12th January
2009
The Camping Site is open from 6th - 11th May. The site
provides water facilities, lavatories, showers and rubbish
disposal. There are no electrical hook-ups.
There is a Shop in the Village which is a grocers and
off-licence and also stocks camping gas and newspapers. A Butcher
and Fish & Chip Van visit the site daily. There is also a Calor
Gas and Camping Gaz compound on site with daily deliveries.
Caravans; Motorhomes; Live-in Horseboxes; Tents: A Caravan
Vehicle Pass admits either a motorhome; or a horsebox; or a car
with caravan or tent to the Camping Site and also admits the car to
the Public Car Parks. All cars entering the Camping Site require a
car pass - additional car passes may be purchased in advance only -
this pass only admits to Camping Site. Please
note that this is a 4 day package only - we are unable to
offer a reduced rate for single nights).
For each booked pitch, two personal admission badges will be
issued, for admission to the Camping Site and the event grounds.
Additional personal 4 day passes may be purchased at £38.00 each
from the Box Office in advance or at the Camping Site on
arrival.
Tents: A Tent Pass (2 person) admits a tent and car to the
Camping Site but does not admit a car to the Public Car Parks. In
order to park in a Public Car Park - appropriate car pass(es) must
be purchased separately in advance (see prices below). Tents (2
person) are not allocated a site number. For each booked pitch, two
personal admission badges will be issued, for admission to the
Camping Site and the event grounds.
All persons (including driver of car) require personal passes.
Children 12 years and under are free of charge.
Full site details will be forwarded when tickets are purchased.
NO SITE NUMBER OR LOCATION CAN BE GUARANTEED.
